Create Management Plan
Options available to Commander:
- Involve the individual's immediate superior.
- Change work practices.
- Consider reducing individual's working hours.
- Arrange additional courses/training.
- Re-assign or re-role within the unit.
Appoint an appropriate person to review the individual's case regularly. Arrange for regular briefing on the situation to assess the effectiveness of any action taken and to decide future management of the individual.
