Therapy for Children with Developmental Delay whether caused by Cerebral Palsy, Genetic Disorder or Brain Injury
Brainwave is an international Charity, which since 1982 has provided parents of children with special needs, the opportunity to take an active part in the development and progress of their child.
This is done by assessing a child's abilities and potential during a two day visit to the brainwave centre in Somerset. Each family is then taught a programme of therapy/exercises which is then carried out in the child's own home, by their family. The beauty of this style of therapy is that it doesn't matter where the family live. Each family is asked to revisit the centre twice a year and are expected to stay on programme for at least two years.
Funding can be provided for families who need it.
