What is family mediation?
When you divorce or separate it is generally better if both sides can sort out together the practical arrangements for the future. The aim of mediation is to help people find a solution which meets as many of their needs - and those of their children - as possible, and which everyone feels is fair.
How does family mediation work?
You will be offered a series of meetings with one or two mediators. They will provide a comfortable and informative setting; they will help you collect all the relevant information; they will help you discuss and explore possible arrangements to suit you all.
