Notes:
Reservists undertaking periods of Service under FTRS and ADCs are not eligible for Training Bounties. The HRR Bounty is paid on the anniversary of joining the HRR. Sponsored Reserves - The Bounty payable to sponsor Reserves should be based on the full training bounty with the actual rate varying between 50% - 100% of the full training bounty, directly proportioned to the training commitment - £395.00. Ex-Regular Officers and Other Ranks Training Bounty (previously only paid to the Army) - £290.00. |
