Disability Disability Rights

They want to help you find out about your rights as a disabled person, and to learn more about the legislation that exists to help establish fully comprehensive and enforceable civil rights for disabled people in the United Kingdom.

This site is managed by the Disability Unit in the Department for Work and Pensions. You may have come here wanting to know about your present benefits claim, or to establish your likely entitlement to disability benefits. Please visit the main Department for Work and Pensions site for information on benefits.

You may also consult the "Benefit Enquiry Line for People with Disabilities." This is a confidential telephone advice and information service, for disabled people, their carers and representatives.
